pub struct Host(pub String);
Expand description
Extractor that resolves the hostname of the request.
Hostname is resolved through the following, in order:
Forwarded
headerX-Forwarded-Host
headerHost
header- request target / URI
Note that user agents can set X-Forwarded-Host
and Host
headers to arbitrary values so make
sure to validate them to avoid security issues.

Trait Implementations§
§impl<S> FromRequestParts<S> for Host
impl<S> FromRequestParts<S> for Host
§type Rejection = HostRejection
type Rejection = HostRejection
If the extractor fails it’ll use this “rejection” type. A rejection is
a kind of error that can be converted into a response.
